Snow Melts Away, Spring Hopefully Not Far Behind
Last week snow storm left Vermilionites digging out for several days. The run-off from all that snow is just now starting to find it's way replenishing Lake Erie as the Northern part of the country has experienced record snow this winter. The amounts listed below are two day totals from last weekend in Lorain and Erie counties. The good news is forecasters are predicting some relief to Lake Superior and Lake Michigan both of which were near the lower end of their water level cycles and feed the lower lakes.
